The Winnipeg Jets are back at it today after an embarrassing loss against the New York Islanders yesterday afternoon. The Jets will be back out today before lunch with the same lineup as yesterday and the hope that they will be able to turn it around somehow. There is no word on who is starting in goal.
In my absence I did compile some thoughts about the Jets:
- Tyler Toffoli was a great acquisition partially because I just like the dude. Sorry, but he is a quiet, hard working dude who scores goals.
- The Jets defence is still lacking something.
- The coaches do not know how to put together skilled lines that compliment the players.
