Wednesday Morning Altitude Check: Winnipeg Jets season to open against the Ottawa Senators

Hey all! Here is our feature running Monday through Friday that will bring you up to date on what's going on in the media pertaining to the Winnipeg Jets and elsewhere in the NHL.

Here is what's in the news for Wednesday, January 9, 2013:

So it looks like the Jets will open their season at home January 19th to the Ottawa Senators. If last year is any indication, expect us to give up at least 5. [WFP]
