The Winnipeg Jets are playing another divisional rival tonight when they line up against the Chicago Blackhawks. They will be playing a team that has been struggling including losing their most recent game to the Montreal Canadiens and Kirby Dach.
The Blackhawks are supposed to be bad. They traded away talented players like Alex DeBrincat and then moved on from Dach who has seemed to have found his game with the Habs. Their rebuild isn’t just deciding to trade older players and go younger, but it is to trade any player that makes them good and tear it completely to the ground.
The Jets will be looking to continue their winning ways after they beat the Dallas Stars in overtime on Friday. While that game had some controversy in it, hopefully this game does not have the same controversy while being entertaining like the game against Dallas. The Jets will once again look to their forwards to continue to overcome their slower starts to the season and make up the losses the team has had to injuries throughout the year.
The Jets should win this game. It might end up a close game, but the Jets should win it. These are the games they need to win if they want to make the playoffs this year.
