The Winnipeg Jets are going to face the St. Louis Blues in the first round of the playoffs thanks to both teams winning yesterday (more on the Jets win later) and the schedule is out. The Jets have no back to backs in the first round and the series starts on Wednesday.

This is as good of a schedule as you can ask for in the playoffs. They don’t start until Wednesday which means that Josh Morrissey has a bit more time to get ready for game action. This would be a major boost for the Jets even though Nathan Beaulieu has been filling in admirably.
As for the rest of the team: this means that Connor Hellebuyck can play in every game and there are travel days there between every game. This is the idea situation for the Jets truth be told.
