The Winnipeg Jets and Dallas Stars meet again. I imagine that Patrik Laine had this week circled on his calendar the moment the schedule was released because no one loves playing Dallas more than he does.

Nothing has changed for the Jets since their last game except they claimed Nick Shore to sit in the press box and have sent Michael Spacek back to the AHL so he can play. Luca Sbisa is able to play tonight, so whatever hurt him was not as big of a deal as I thought and he is fine enough to play.

The Stars are in the same place as the Jets. The only difference is they will be the home team today. They are still waiting for greater contributions from Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn. They are still not producing much versus their contributions in previous seasons and it might be one of the things holding the Stars back. We also might see Ben Bishop in goal tonight instead of Anton Khudobin as he is technically the backup.

Prediction

Patrik Laine shoots the puck so hard the net explodes and time and space cease to exist.
