AIH 2016 NHL Draft Lottery Open Thread

Hello folks! And so, the moment we've all been waiting for has finally arrived: Game 2 of the New York Islanders vs Tampa Bay Lightning the 2016 NHL Draft Lottery.

You can catch the festivities beginning at 6:00 PM CT on CBC, NBC and TVA Sports. If away from the television, Sportsnet is providing a live stream here.

In addition, the AIH Superfans are hosting a Draft Lottery Spectacular on Blab, also beginning at 6:00 PM CT. Join us and behold my ridiculous attire, courtesy of an ill-considered Twitter poll!

For quick reference, here are the odds all fourteen teams have at winning the first overall selection:

• Edmonton Oilers - 13.5%
• Vancouver Canucks - 11.5%
• Columbus Blue Jackets - 9.5%
• Calgary Flames - 8.5%
• Winnipeg Jets - 7.5%
• Arizona Coyotes - 6.5%
• Buffalo Sabres - 6.0%
• Montreal Canadiens - 5.0%
• Colorado Avalanche - 3.5%
• New Jersey Devils - 3.0%
• Ottawa Senators - 2.5%
