Earlier this week we talked about The Human Factor in our Love Hate editorial pertaining to Mark Stuart.
Today the Winnipeg Jets proved just how important The Human Factor actually is by re-signing Stuart to a four year extension to the tune of 10.5 million dollars.

Stuart will carry a $2.62MM cap hit over the four year term of his deal which cements his place with the team for the foreseeable future.
Jets' fans are hopeful that Stuart will settle into a 5-6 defensive role which avail him cushy ice-time, but it's likely he will retain a Top Four position for the rest of the season without the services of Grant Clitsome and Paul Postma.
Here are some reactions from the Twitter machine:
If you like his character so much, make Mark Stuart a coach.

If you want to go bright side on Stu's term: teams are always stupid enough to pay at the deadline for "character"
