A little while back, I looked at which players had been on the ice for the highest percentage of their teams' power-play goals. The dual is obviously which players have been on the ice for the highest percentage of power-play goals against. The top ten list isn't likely to bring back a lot of great memories:

Lorne Henning | NYI | 1977-78 | 41 | 45 | 91.1 |
Andre Boudrias | MNS | 1967-68 | 26 | 29 | 89.7 |
Charlie Burns | MNS | 1970-71 | 49 | 55 | 89.1 |

Over the last decade, the list is dominated by Scott Stevens, and by various seasons (NSH and FLA 2008-09, DAL 2001-02) where coaches decided to rely very heavily on one defensive pair:

Overall - and this should be self-explanatory - nobody can play as much on the PK as they can on the PP. Killing penalties is simply too physically-demanding.
