GDT: Winnipeg Jets vs Ottawa Senators

Alexander Burmistrov is one lucky guy, as he avoided being chained to the old brick wall in the dark, dingy gallows of PoMo’s bighouse of purgatory by tapping in Blake Wheeler’s pass for the game winning goal against the Toronto Maple Leafs. I shudder to think what Burmi’s fate would have been if he missed, and I hope he has more tricks up his sleeve as it’s off to Canada’s capital for a tilt with the Ottawa Senators. The Sens beat Les Canadiens in Montreal 2-1 on Tuesday with an overtime goal by Kyle Turris.
