This just in: the Jets have acquired Finnish forward Antti Miettinen off waivers from the Lightning today. Miettinen, 31, is a durable player with a nose for the net, and the Jets are expected to shuffle the roster to accomodate him. The former 20 goal scorer should give the Jets an offensive boost. Overall sound pickup.
