According to Renaud Lavoie, Ben Chiarot and Keaton Ellerby have been waived.

The Jets now have seven defencemen (Zach Bogosian, Grant Clitsome, Tobias Enstrom, Adam Pardy, Paul Postma, Mark Stuart, and Jacob Trouba).
Keaton Ellerby is on a two-way contract and is due to be paid $150 000; there are no cap implications from him being sent down. Ben Chiarot is on a two-way contract and is due $85 000 in the AHL. Again, there are no cap implications for the Jets.
It seems as though the Jets are going to send down Nicolas Petan, Nikolaj Ehlers, Josh Morrissey, and Adam Lowry to finalize their roster. This would go against what the Paul Maurice said about giving the kids more games to show if they are ready to play in the NHL.
Stay tuned for all your Jets roster news.
