Preview and GDT: Winnipeg Jets vs. Edmonton Oilers

Time: 8:00 PM CST

Channel: TSN3 (Sportsnet in Edmonton area)

Radio: CJOB

The Winnipeg Jets and their one new player are playing the Edmonton Oilers. While the Oilers have been active in the leadup to the NHL Trade Deadline, They added a couple of solid pieces in Mattias Ekholm and Nick Bjustad, but stayed relatively quiet on the “dumb moves” ladder which is great for them and bad for the rest of the league.

Connor McDavid could make history tonight if he scores another multi-goal game. It would be his sixth in a row which I believe would be the NHL record, but I both curse everything I mention and get a lot of facts wrong so…take from that what you will. Either way, McDavid has been insane this year and cannot prove that he is human so the question is: is Connor McDavid a hockey playing robot?
