Gameday feels more like a threat now innit?

The Winnipeg Jets are back in action this evening against the Calgary Flames. The Jets are mired in a 7-game losing streak and escape feels unlikely. Beating the Flames really does nothing to mask the fact that Winnipeg is ungood right now. At the very least, though, it would end the longest losing streak in Jets 2.0 history.

At the other end of the ice, the Flames are definitely A Team. I’ve been tracking their season on and off, and it’s been a rollercoaster ride. Calgary’s in a bit of a rut right now, so they may be the pick-me-up the Jets need to right the ship for a few hours. On the other hand, a desperate team looking for a victory has to be excited about the prospect of facing Winnipeg. Which bad team emerges victorious tonight?!
