The end of the regular season is in sight for the Winnipeg Jets. That’s probably a relief to all involved, including us fans. The Jets have been plodding along through the final weeks of the season, and things aren’t looking to hot. The positive spin is that Nikolaj Ehlers is likely returning soon. The less positive spin is this team still looks like it’ll be facing Edmonton in the post-season. One has to imagine that’ll be a short playoff run...
The Jets will be facing the Vancouver Canucks today and tomorrow. At this rate, anyone could probably beat the Jets. The Sens are supposed to be one of the worst teams in the North and did enough to grab the victory over the weekend. A Canucks team looking for revenge after a drubbing at the hands of Connor McDavid bodes ill for Winnipeg. At least we’re almost to the finish line y’all!
