GDT: Winnipeg Jets vs. Edmonton Oilers

Time: 6:00 PM CST

Television: TSN3

Radio: CJOB

The Winnipeg Jets are back in action before a nearly week-long break. Blake Wheeler is close to returning to the line-up but won’t be in tonight’s game against the Oilers. Ville Heinola has also been subbed out for Logan Stanley (because of course). Jordie Benn is also out, which is puzzling. Why is Benn not getting in this line-up? He’d actually be an improvement on a least one of these defenders. The positive spin is that the Oilers are a pretty shallow team, so it shouldn’t matter as much. Get both points, Jets!
