It has been over two weeks since the Winnipeg Jets traded for Pierre-Luc Dubois. Thanks to proper quarantine rules, he only joined the team on Sunday (Saturday was an off day) after checking out the rink and meeting with Paul Maurice on Saturday. For reference, Patrik Laine has already managed to score three goals and make the fans in Columbus hate John Tortorella even more because he was benched for a routine mistake. Gotta love Torts.

The Jets are playing their fourth game in a row and fifth game of the season against the Calgary Flames. You all know the drill: the Jets are looking to play a complete game although they can sometimes win when they only play two periods. They are hoping that Connor Hellebuyck has a good game.

Outside of that, the Jets are going to roll three scoring lines hopefully and a fourth line that will really need to play around 10 minutes a game. This is an exciting proposition for the Jets and one that will hopefully lead to more goals from the team overall. This is the impact of Pierre-Luc Dubois before he even plays a game for the Jets.
