Game 3/4 GDT: Almost Done with the Flames

New, comments

I am so tired of them already.

The Winnipeg Jets and Calgary Flames must feel like they are in Bill Murray’s Groundhog Day. They woke up in the same place, they ate the same breakfast, went to the same rink, ate the same lunch, had the same nap, ate the same supper, and go to play the same team at the same place at the same time. T’is life in a pandemic and the only way they can imagine running a hockey league that probably should remain shut down based on COVID protocol lists, but it is what it is.

Yes, that was a full copy and paste from Tuesday’s game because it is truly still Groundhog Day. There are a couple lineup changes, but all in all, almost everything stays the same. Happy Thursday.
