Preview and GDT: Hockey Day in Canada

Time: 2:00 PM CST

Channel: CBC/Sportsnet

Radio: CJOB680/Power97

It is Hockey Day in Canada. Ron McLean will not be freezing outside. Is it really Hockey Day in Canada? It is hard to say. The Ottawa Senators and the Winnipeg Jets are playing again and hopefully will start the game better than they did last game. But it is the Jets so who knows what is up with them. It appears that they are moving back to the to the traditional 12 forward/6 defenceman set up so that is good. As for the Sens, they traded Alex Galchenyuk and Cedric Paquette so who knows what their lineup will look like. I remember years ago when I was upset about the Montreal Canadiens trading Galchenyuk for Max Domi…
