Our quest to see Ville Heinola and Dylan Samberg at the NHL level has hit a notable snag. Both young defenders have been re-assigned to the Manitoba Moose, where they’ll likely stay for the season barring serious injuries. You know how I feel on the matter. Winnipeg’s backend is a disaster, and at least 1 of these prospects could probably help the Jets in the here and now. The funniest part is that Winnipeg’s social media team shut the replies off so we can’t spam The Paul Maurice GIF in the comments.
