The question on everyone’s minds tonight as the Winnipeg Jets take on the Edmonton Oilers is will the Jets remember to play all three periods of hockey or will they take a period off and let it defeat them. Stay up until a normal time to find out!

The Jets were unable to contain the Connor McDavid line which featured Jesse Puljujarvi on it for the first time and it was a move that garnered him rave reviews. Not so much for Mark Scheifele, Blake Wheeler, and Kyle Connor who were tasked with playing against McDavid: they managed to turn in easily one of their worst games period. Good times.

As for the defence, the Jets would really benefit from an injection of Ville Heinola. In Heinola’s lone game this season he looked very good, but he was sent down to the Taxi Squad on Saturday and will hopefully be sent down to the AHL so he can play regularly seeing at the Jets do not think they need his services right now.

The Jets will be off until Saturday after this which means it will be a good time for everyone to check out Succession or whatever show you have been watching thanks to stay at home orders.
