Four road games separate the Winnipeg Jets from the post-season, with the first test in that span coming tonight against the Chicago Blackhawks. Of the four opponents remaining for Winnipeg, only the Colorado Avalanche hold a playoff spot. The other three teams (Chicago, the Minnesota Wild and the Arizona Coyotes) can all still make it, but the window is closing by the day.

While Josh Morrissey and Laurent Brossoit are getting closer to returning to the lineup, it will not be tonight for either player. If Brossoit cannot go tomorrow, it is possible Eric Comrie sees his first action of the 2018-19 campaign.

Corey Crawford and Connor Hellebuyck will be the starting goalies tonight.
