Preview: Winnipeg Jets vs Arizona Coyotes

The Winnipeg Jets are looking to make it two in a row when they play the Arizona Coyotes in Glendale tonight. Although they have been struggling lately, the Jets looked a lot better against the Vegas Golden Knights with their new lines. Patrik Laine scored two goals and Nikolaj Ehlers made a triumphant return from injury with a goal in the first minute of play.

The Coyotes are once again a struggling team. They traded Max Domi for Alex Galchenyuk this off-season and both them and the Montreal Canadiens have found success with that move. Outside of that, they are a middle of the pack team in the Pacific Division and appear to be out of a playoff spot right now. What has not been mentioned is if they are looking at trading any players on expiring contracts at the trade deadline which is tomorrow.

The Jets should have a good game tonight. Although the Coyotes are not a top team in the NHL, they are a middle of the pack team and based on how the Jets were playing, it could be a tough game for them. However, if they pick up where they left off on Friday, it should be all good.
