Anaheim Ducks

The Ducks made no moves this week.

Arizona Coyotes

The Coyotes acquired right winger Hudson Fasching from Buffalo. They acquired left winger Adam Helewka from San Jose. They acquired centre Alex Galchenyuk from Montreal.

Boston Bruins

The Bruins signed defenceman Urho Vaakanainen to a three-year entry-level contract. They signed right winger Martin Bakos to a one-year contract. They signed defenceman Matt Grzelcyk to a two-year contract extension.

Buffalo Sabres

The Sabres signed goaltender Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen to a three-year entry-level contract. They acquired defenceman Brandon Hickey and right winger Mike Sislo from Arizona. Defenceman Matt Donovan, who was last signed by Buffalo, has signed a one-year contract with AHL Milwaukee. Defenceman Zach Redmond, who played this past season for Buffalo, has signed a two-year contract with AHL Rochester.

Calgary Flames

The Flames signed right winger Yasin Ehliz and defenceman Marcus Hogstrom to one-year contracts.

Carolina Hurricanes

The Hurricanes signed defenceman Michael Fora to a two-year entry-level contract.

Chicago Blackhawks

The Blackhawks signed defenceman Henri Jokiharju to a three-year entry-level contract. They signed right winger John Hayden to a two-year contract extension. They signed centre Vinnie Hinostroza to a two-year contract extension. Centre Chris DiDomenico, who finished this season under contract with Chicago, has signed in Switzerland with the NLA’s SCL Tigers.

Colorado Avalanche

The Avalanche made no moves this week.

Left winger Jiri Tlusty, who attended training camp with 2016 with Colorado, has retired from pro hockey. Drafted in the first round, 13th overall, in 2006 by the Toronto Maple Leafs, Tlusty has 177 points (89G, 88A) in 446 games, as well as zero points in four playoff games, for Toronto (2007/08-partway through 2009/10), Carolina (partway through 2009/10-partway through 2014/15), Winnipeg (part of 2014/15), and New Jersey (2015/16). Tlusty has career-highs of 38 points in 2013 with Carolina, 23 goals in 2013 with Carolina, and 19 assists in 2012 with Carolina. Tlusty, 30, scored four points (2G, 2A) in 2015/16, his last NHL season, and scored five points for Liiga’s Karpat Oulu last season, sitting this season out and retiring due to injuries.

Columbus Blue Jackets

Dallas Stars

Detroit Red Wings

Right winger PA Parenteau, who attended training camp this past fall with Detroit, has retired from pro hockey. Drafted in the ninth round, 264th overall, in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft by the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Parenteau has 296 points (114G, 182A) in 491 games, as well as five points (2G, 3A) in 20 playoff games, for Chicago (2006/07), the Rangers (2009/10), the Islanders (2010/11-2011/12), Colorado (2012/13-2013/14), Montreal (2014/15), Toronto (2015/16), New Jersey (part of 2016/17), and Nashville (part of 2016/17). Parenteau has career-highs of 67 points in 2012 with the Islanders, 20 goals in 2011 with the Islanders and 2016 with Toronto, and 49 assists in 2012 with the Islanders. Parenteau, 35, finished his last NHL season in 2016/17 with 28 points (13G, 15A) in 67 games. He spent this past season with the KHL’s Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg, scoring 13 points in 20 games.

Edmonton Oilers

The Oilers signed centre Drake Caggiula to a two-year contract extension.

Florida Panthers

The Panthers made no moves this week.

Los Angeles Kings

The Kings acquired goaltender Peter Budaj from Tampa Bay.

Minnesota Wild
