The Winnipeg Jets were already contemplating an upgrade to their blueline, but now it looks more like a necessity as Toby Enstrom has left practice with an injury. He hurt himself blocking a shot in practice.

Hopefully this is a nothing injury and he is back in short order, but the Jets should still be looking to upgrade their blueline. They also should re-think their policy on blocking shots in practice.
As for the Jets blueline as it stands, Dustin Byfuglien could switch spots with Tyler Myers who would rejoin Dmitry Kulikov on the second pair while Tucker Poolman would draw back in alongside Ben Chiarot. The Jets would need to call up another defenceman as they have had Poolman as their seventh defender since Christmas.
As for Enstrom, he never gets a break and he deserves to be healthy for just a little bit. He works hard and has rebounded nicely from a tough season last season.
