GDT: Winnipeg Jets vs Philadelphia Flyers

The Winnipeg Jets are ready for their afternoon matinee against the Philadelphia Flyers. The Jets are scheduled to welcome back defenceman Josh Morrissey and therefore the beloved era of Sami Niku is probably over. Have no fear though, he is still with the Jets until Joe Morrow is back to being available.

Patrik Laine is looking to snap his three game pointless streak and the team is looking to bounce back after a 1-0 loss to the St. Louis Blues on Friday where they controlled the play and yet could not score.

Finally, the Flyers are rolling into town with two former Brandon Wheat Kings in Ivan Provorov and Nolan Patrick. While Provocov is from Russia, Patrick is from Winnipeg and should have many fans in the crowd.
