Tobias Enstrom will return to game action for the Winnipeg Jets tomorrow afternoon against the San Jose Sharks. He will be on a pair with Dustin Byfuglien who is also freshly returned from injury.
A fairly newsworthy afternoon at #NHLJets practice: Toby Enstrom will return to the lineup Sunday afternoon, coach Paul Maurice confirms. He'll be back on a pair with Dustin Byfuglien. Enstrom spoke as well following practice. #wfp

This is excellent news for the Jets as Enstrom is the final piece needed to stabilize the Jets defence, which has been playing much better recently. When both Enstrom and Byfuglien were out injured Tyler Myers and Dmitry Kulikov stepped up and helped fill in the gap left by those two. With Josh Morrissey and Jacob Trouba playing well, the Jets have three solid pairs on defence for the first time in forever.
Expect Byfuglien and Enstrom to play as the third pair for a little bit as they get their game timing back fully. Because Myers and Kulikov have been playing alright, the two of them can be eased back into the lineup.
Mark Scheifele is still injured. Expect Tucker Poolman to be sent to the AHL.
