First of all, the Manitoba Moose remain in top spot in the AHL standings as of press time. But the recent results that the club have acquired have not been on pace with what they had previously obtained.
The Moose are currently on a six-game home stand, but through the first four games of it they are 1-2-1, allowing 15 goals while scoring 10. Part of the problem has been the absence of two-thirds of the top line, with Jack Roslovic and Brendan Lemieux up with the big club while players like Adam Lowry, Brandon Tanev and Mark Scheifele recover from injury.
Since the last Farm Report, the Moose are 5-3-2. During that stretch, Nic Petan has been the best Jet with 13 points in a 10 game point streak. Buddy Robinson has 19 points in his last 14 games. Mason Appleton has eight points in his last 10 games, which is quite good without the presence of Jack Roslovic.
Michael Hutchinson won AHL Goalie of the Month honours for the second consecutive month in December. Hutchinson has only played in two games in January, both OT losses. Hutch was recalled on an emergency basis to back-up Connor Hellebuyck when Steve Mason was ill for the games against Chicago and Minnesota. He has since been returned to the Moose as the Jets have their bye week.
One final bit of news, three players and the head coach were named to the AHL Central Division All-Star team, as Jack Roslovic, Cameron Schilling, Michael Hutchinson and coach Pascal Vincent will represent their division on January 28 and 29.
And then there was this by Nic Petan on the 13th:

The Moose have a pair of home games against the Texas Stars on Friday and Saturday, before embarking on a 10 game road trip that not so coincidentally coincides with the Jets’ 10-game home stand. The Moose are 14-4-1 on the road this year, so it might not be as bad as it sounds.
