GDT: Winnipeg Jets at Vegas Golden Knights

Time: 9:30 CST

TV: TSN3

Radio: TSN1290

The Winnipeg Jets are playing their inaugural game in Las Vegas against the Golden Knights. The Golden Knights have struggled of late, but that might be related to having their fourth string goalie as their starter. However, there is hope in the horizon for them on that front as Marc-Andre Fleury has been practicing for the past couple of days.

Expect there to be plenty of Jets fans in the building as it is cold in Winnipeg and hot cold in Vegas. Those same fans might simply follow the team to Phoenix tomorrow where the Jets are playing the Arizona Coyotes. The Jets should feel right at home in both cities.

The team has spent the past couple days in Vegas, hopefully simply escaping the weather in Winnipeg. It should be noted that the Jets have had a very odd schedule to start the year with many long breaks that between games. On the other hand, the Golden Knights are playing their first game at home in a long time and will be wanting to put on a good show for their fans.
