The Winnipeg Jets are playing their first game in five days in Pittsbugh where they will face the Penguins. They have gotten players back from injury and the game will feature the season debut of Matt Hendricks. Adam Lowry will also be returning to the lineup tonight. Nic Petan was sent to the AHL to accommodate the two players.

The Penguins have been playing well after a tough start to the season. They are coming off of a 2-1 overtime win against the Edmonton Oilers. On the other hand, the Jets last game ended in a win for them against the Minnesota Wild. However, they struggled in the second period to keep the flow of play, which is troubling as the Wild are decimated by injury. Anyways, be prepared to hear a lot about Ryan Reaves tonight as he is from Winnipeg and that is a thing that happens whenever there is a player from Manitoba playing for the opposition.
