The Winnipeg Jets are looking to extend their three game win streak to four games with a win against the Columbus Blue Jackets who are flying to start the season. The Jets seem to have found their footing, at least in goal, as Connor Hellebuyck has been strong in net over the win streak. However, Steve Mason will be starting tonight and that could through the Jets off after Hellebuyck’s strong run.
Tucker Poolman is back in the lineup as Dmitry Kulikov is out with an injury. Brendan Lemieux has been called up as insure as Adam Lowry is now on IR with his upper body injury. Kyle Connor is replacing Mathieu Perreault on the second line as Perreault left the last game against the Vancouver Canucks with an injury and was placed in IR the next day.
