Jets @ Canucks – Part Two: The Game After The First One – Electric Boogaloo

Tonight is the last game before the Christmas Break, and all through the arena, I’m stopping this now because I’m uncreative.

Fresh off an abysmal performance on Tuesday, (keeping to the story of not being able to not win three games in a row), the Jets need to recover tonight to give us the happy holidays that we deserve.

(Not So) Fun Stats:

The Jets are 2-5-0 against Pacific Division teams this season, with all five losses being to the Canadian teams.

The Jets have allowed 103 goals this season, which is the second highest in the NHL.

The Jets are 2 for 20 on their Power Plays in the last seven games. Yikes.

The last time the Jets played the same team, in the same city back to back was in March of 2013 where they lost to the Capitals twice. Infamously ruining the Jets chances as Southeast Division Champs.

Lineups:

Vancouver Canucks:

Daniel Sedin – Henrik Sedin – Jannik Hansen

Loui Eriksson – Brandon Sutter – Markus Granlund

Sven Baertschi – Bo Horvat – Alexandre Burrows

Jack Skille – Michael Chaput – Jayson Megna
