Everyone's favorite AHL team gets a shot tonight against the Chicago Blackhawks due to all of the injuries sustained. Five forwards in the lineup tonight started the season on the Moose and have been called up due to the dilapidated forward core. Thankfully for the Jets, the youth that has been filling in for the injuries has been exceptional. Most, if not all of these young kids should retain their jobs even after the vets are healthy. Namely Nic Petan who has looked the least bit out of place on the second line.
Sadly though, the youth has been getting hurt as well, with Kyle Connor going on IR yesterday. Chase De Leo was called up to replace him. (As a personal aside, of course this happens when my Jets jersey is getting customized with a #81 on the back.)

Who Do We Hate Tonight?:
Every time I do this, there's an obvious player to hate. Patrick Kane. For a plethora of reasons. One being that he's really good at the hockey thing.
Predictions:
Jets win 1-0.
Goal by Patrik Laine.
