Buffalo reassigned centres Cal O’Reilly, Tim Schaller, and Philip Varone to AHL Rochester.
Calgary Flames
Calgary made no moves this week. Defenceman Dennis Wideman has been suspended indefinitely pending a disciplinary hearing for cross-checking a linesman.
Carolina Hurricanes
Carolina reassigned winger Phillip Di Giuseppe and goaltender Daniel Altshuller to AHL Charlotte. Winger Evgenii Dadonov, who last played in the Carolina organization in 2011/12, has agreed to end his contract with the KHL’s SKA St. Petersburg following this season with the intention of joining the NHL. Carolina still owns his NHL rights.
Chicago Blackhawks
Chicago recalled forward Mark McNeill from AHL Rockford. They signed GM Stan Bowman to an extension. They reassigned McNeill. Centre Jonathan Toews has been suspended one game for sitting out the All-Star Game.

Colorado recalled goaltender Roman Will from AHL San Antonio. They reassigned Will.
Columbus Blue Jackets
Columbus reassigned winger Josh Anderson to AHL Lake Erie. They reassigned goaltender Anton Forsberg to AHL Lake Erie for conditioning purposes following an emergency recall.

Dallas reassigned defenceman Esa Lindell to AHL Texas.
Detroit Red Wings
Detroit recalled winger Eric Tangradi and defenceman Nick Jensen to AHL Grand Rapids and reassigned centre Joakim Andersson. They recalled Andersson and reassigned Tangradi and Jensen.
Edmonton Oilers
Edmonton reassigned winger Zack Kassian and defencemen Griffin Reinhart and Brad Hunt to AHL Bakersfield. They claimed defenceman Adam Clendening off waivers from Anaheim. Winger Ryan Smyth, who played for Edmonton from 2011/12 to 2013/14 before retiring, has joined the Stony Plain Eagles of Alberta’s Chinook Hockey League (senior AAA).
Florida Panthers
Florida reassigned defenceman Dylan Olsen to AHL Portland following his emergency recall. They signed centre Aleksander Barkov to an extension.

Los Angeles reassigned winger Kyle Clifford to AHL Ontario for conditioning purposes. Winger Milan Lucic has been suspended one game by the NHL for roughing Arizona's Kevin Connauton.
