AIH 20416 Podcast Episode 5: The St. Louis Tarasenkos

Hello everyone! Myself (@PhilipAIver) and senior senator / co-host Alan (@sliiiiip) present to you Episode 5 of the AIH 20416 Podcast (@AIH20416). In what's becoming a weekly norm, Alan and I get together to watch the Winnipeg Jets lose. Last week it was a 4-2 loss to the New York Islanders, and this time it's another 4-2 loss to Vladimir Tarasenko and the St. Louis Blues. We're bad luck charms, is what I'm saying.

In a feat of scheduling, we were joined after the game by @hildymac, Site Manager for St. Louis Game Time. As you might expect, we discuss a whole litany of things, including but certainly not limited to: the Mighty Elbow of Jacob Trouba; David Backes as a third line centre; the bar for head coach Ken Hitchcock; youth movements in Missouri; and missing Barret Jackman (or not). And of course, no St. Louis Blues talk is complete without bringing up the goaltending.

It wasn't all Blues talk however! As an Atlanta area resident and Atlanta Thrashers fan before relocation, @hildymac gave "us" **cough@sliiiiipcough** the opportunity to talk a little Thrashers shop. We tackle the difficulties of the Atlanta professional sports market, smug Canadian fans, growing the game in non-traditional markets, the merits of Patrice Cormier, and more!

And that's my humble little summary of our humble little podcast. Come and listen to me fawn all over Colton "Peacemaker" Parayko, soon to be known as "The Young Gun that Won the West".
