The Winnipeg Jets take on the Islanders in their new barn

New, comments

The Jets take on the Islanders in their new shiny arena. If they score more goals than the opposition, they may win.

Ed Mulholland-USA TODAY Sports

After opening the season on a back to back, the Jets start another one today. Hopefully the team did not hit the big apple too hard over the weekend. This becomes a real test, the New York Islanders and New York Rangers are much tougher than the previous two opponents.

Player to watch: Without a doubt, Ehlers is ready to steal the show. He has TEN shots in the past two games. That is insane production for a rookie.
