Finland 6 – 1 Norway
Recap: For the second straight game, Finland put up a bushel of goals as they toppled Norway 6-1. After suffering an injury scare in the tournament opener, Teemu Selanne returned with a strong performance including a goal for the Finns. Offensively they were led by their second line as Lauri Korpikoski (2G), Olli Jokinen (1G, 1A) and Olli Maatta (1G, 2 A) did much of the heavy lifting in the win. Per-Age Skrøder scored the lone goal for Norway.
