The Ducks recalled goaltender Igor Bobkov from AHL Norfolk. They later reassigned centre Rickard Rakell and defenceman Jesse Blacker. They signed goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov to a pro try-out contract. They recalled forward Chris Wagner. They acquired defenceman Colby Robak from Florida in exchange for defenceman Jesse Blacker and a conditional draft pick.

Arizona

The Coyotes reassigned centre Brendan Shinnimin to AHL Portland. They acquired defenceman Philip Samuelsson from Pittsburgh in exchange for winger Rob Klinkhammer and a conditional draft pick. They placed centre Kyle Chipchura on waivers. They recalled defenceman Andrew Campbell and winger Jordan Martinook, reassigning Samuelsson and defenceman David Schlemko.

Boston

The Bruins recalled defenceman Zach Trotman from AHL Providence. They recalled forward Craig Cunningham. They later reassigned Cunningham.

Buffalo

The Sabres recalled winger Tim Schaller from AHL Rochester. They later reassigned him.

The Flames reassigned centre Corban Knight to AHL Adirondack.

The Blue Jackets recalled winger Kerby Rychel and centre Michael Chaput from AHL Springfield, reassigning centre Alexander Wennberg.

The Stars reassigned winger Curtis McKenzie to AHL Texas. They recalled McKenzie and goaltender Jussi Rynnas. They reassigned goaltender Anders Lindback.

Detroit

The Red Wings reassigned defenceman Xavier Ouellet to AHL Grand Rapids.

Edmonton

The Oilers reassigned defenceman Martin Marincin to AHL Oklahoma City and placed winger Jesse Joensuu on waivers. They recalled forward Tyler Pitlick. Winger Ben Eager, who last played in the NHL with Edmonton from 2011/12 to 2013/14, has been released from his contract with the KHL's CSKA Moscow.

Florida

The Panthers reassigned goaltender Dan Ellis to AHL San Antonio. They acquired defenceman Jesse Blacker from Anaheim in exchange for defenceman Colby Robak. In addition, Florida receives a conditional draft pick, either a fourth-round pick in 2016 or a sixth-round pick in 2017.

Los Angeles

Kings defenceman Slava Voynov has been fined $100K by the NHL for violating his suspension by participating in a team practice. They signed defenceman Alec Martinez to a six-year extension worth $24M. They reassigned winger Andy Andreoff for a conditioning stint.

Minnesota

The Wild signed defenceman Marco Scandella to a five-year extension worth $20M effective in 2015/16. They reassigned defenceman Matt Dumba to AHL Iowa and recalled defenceman Justin Falk. They recalled defenceman Christian Folin. Scandella was fined $2,755.38 for an illegal check to the head of St. Louis' T.J. Oshie. They reassigned Falk.

Montreal

The Canadiens signed winger Brendan Gallagher to a six-year extension worth $22.5M effective in 2015/16. Defenceman Alexei Emelin was fined $11,021.51 for an illegal check to the head of Buffalo`s Brian Gionta. They reassigned winger Michael Bournival to AHL Hamilton and recalled winger Drayson Bowman. They recalled winger Sven Andrighetto. Winger George Parros, who last played in the NHL in 2013/14 for Montreal, has announced his retirement.

Nashville

The Predators made no moves this week.

New Jersey

The Devils have signed centre Scott Gomez to a one-year contract worth $550K at the NHL level and $100K in the minors. They recalled forward Mike Sislo from AHL Albany and reassigned defenceman Peter Harrold. They placed winger Damien Brunner on waivers.

New York I.

The Islanders recalled defenceman Griffin Reinhart from AHL Bridgeport on an emergency basis. They recalled defenceman Ryan Pulock. Winger David Ullstrom, who last played in the NHL in 2012/13 for the Islanders, was traded in the KHL from Severstal Cherepovets to Sibir Novosibirsk.

New York R.

The Rangers made no moves this week.

Ottawa

The Senators recalled goaltender Andrew Hammond from AHL Binghamton on an emergency basis. Former star Daniel Alfredsson, who played with them from 1995/96 to 2012/13, was captain for all but the first four of those seasons, and played last season with Detroit, signed a one-day contract, participated in the opening warmup, and made his retirement official.

Philadelphia

Defenceman Marc-Andre Bourdon, who last played for the Flyers in 2011/12 and spent the following two years jumping between the AHL and IR, has retired due to post-concussion symptoms. Defenceman Kurtis Foster, who last played in the NHL for Philadelphia in 2012/13, was released from his contract with the KHL's HC Slovan Bratislava.

Pittsburgh

The Penguins recalled centre Andrew Ebbett from AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. They recalled defenceman Brian Dumoulin and forward Scott Wilson. Defenceman Robert Bortuzzo was suspended two games by the NHL for interference against New Jersey's Jaromir Jagr. They acquired winger Rob Klinkhammer and a conditional 2016 draft pick in exchange for defenceman Philip Samuelsson.

San Jose

The Sharks reassigned defenceman Matt Tennyson to AHL Worcester.

St. Louis

The Blues recalled defenceman Petteri Lindbohm from AHL Chicago and then reassigned him, then recalled him again. They reassigned goaltender Jordan Binnington. They signed goaltender Martin Brodeur to a one-year contract worth $700K.

Tampa Bay

The Lightning signed defenceman Anthony DeAngelo to a three-year entry-level contract. They reassigned centre Vladislav Namestnikov to AHL Syracuse.

Toronto

The Maple Leafs recalled winger Brandon Kozun from his conditioning stint with AHL Toronto.
