GDT: Winnipeg Jets at Colorado Avalanche

The Jets are in Colorado tonight to take on the Avalanche. What is an individual player for the Avalanche referred to as? Like, if you play for the Jets, you are a Jet but if you play for the Avalanche what are you called? Are you an Av? Are you a Lanche? Are you an Avalanche on your own that joins with the other Avalanches to make one giant Avalanche? That sounds weird to me. I'm just going to call them Snowflakes....

Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

The Jets are in Colorado this evening to take on the Avalanche in their last game of this little two game trip before they head home to Winnipeg and kick off a four game home stand. You will recall that their last game ended in a pretty big win against the Dallas Stars in which Hutchinson did Hutchinson things because he is awesomeincrediblegreat.

The game can be seen on TSN3.
