The season is nigh and the Winnipeg Jets roster is coming into shape. Well, it is supposed to be. Injuries have kicked that plan in the pants. Paul Maurice is without both his number one centre and top right wing. Luckily for Jets fans, the kids are here to save the day!
Nic Petan and Nikolaj Ehlers will be playing big minutes tonight. Regardless of what else happens, this will be fun.
The game will be broadcast on TSN3 tonight and can be heard on TSN 1290.

Players to Watch
As has been the case for much of the preseason, all eyes will be on Nic Petan and Nikolaj Ehlers. Many prognosticators suspect they will be sent back to junior, but they are still here and they are skating with skill players. A strong showing by either kid could extend their stay. It will also be interesting to watch Adam Lowry along side Mathieu Perreault. That pairing may last into the regular season.
