We will soon find out, as everyone’s favorite henchman Bill Daly will tell us who picks from 1st through 14th. The Winnipeg jets have a 2.7% chance of moving up to 5th spot overall, while there is a small chance they move back to 10th overall. In all likelihood the Jets will pick 9th overall, but you never know. Just last year the New Jersey Devils were the 12th worst team in the league, but managed to move up to 8th overall.
