Great piece on beating the salad bar. Although the best move - which I figured out as a teenager - was the all-you-can-eat salad and breadsticks and all-you-can-eat chocolate milk at lunch at the Olive Garden. I recall having five bowls of salad, 20 breadsticks and 10 glasses of chocolate milk, all for $6.99. That was a win.
