Hey everyone, I’m Shane and I’m one of the new additions to Arctic Ice Hockey. Now I know you all are wondering who I am and why you should be listening to me. We’re all hockey fans here. I’ve been around the game ever since I was a little kid growing up in Sunrise. Now I know being from South Florida may throw up a red flag for a lot of you, but if you look hard enough you’ll find passionate and knowledgeable fans there. As a journalism major at the University of Florida, I consider this my first big opportunity to write for a sizable passionate audience such as the diehard Jets fans that visit this site. As a member of this site I promise to bring you as close to the Winnipeg Jets as I can possibly bring you, and then some.
