Tonight, Tonight: Wherein We Try to Frighten Mighty Black Hawk With Our Jet Technology

Jets vs Blackhawks coverage

Enemy Blog – Second City Hockey

It’s probably not going to work; for one, because the Sauk are well aware of jets, for two because the Blackhawks have met and defeated some of the toughest teams in the NHL over the last couple of years. Our best opportunity might be from a bad game out of Corey Crawford, as the rest of the team doesn’t seem to have a lot of weaknesses. UPDATE: Apparently it’s going to be Ray Emery tonight. We certainly are the kind of team that can score, but our biggest challenge is to avoid the embarrassing mistakes we were making in the opener (*cough* *cough* Oduya *cough*).

Lineups and prediction after the jump…

What You Should Do if You’re Going to the Game: Wear winter gloves. Don’t take them off to do anything.

Prediction: Patrick Kane looks like a child that wanders into the middle of a movie (NSFW) at the centre position. Buff consumes him, then regurgitates him into Kyle Wellwood’s mouth. The indigestion sidelines both, at which point the ‘Hawks take advantage. 4 to 1 Blackhawks, but hey we got the last Kane standing.
