Chris Thorburn treats Frazer McLaren’s head like a bloody piñata

Frazer McLaren took exception to being knocked into the Winnipeg Jets bench by Chris Thorburn and the Toronto Maple Leafs newest enforcer decided to take matters into his own pugilistic hands.

Unfortunately, he wasn't ready for the power of Thor's Hammer(fists).

McLaren would leave the game for the remainder of the first period as medical staff attended to his bloody and beaten face, while Thorburn served his five minutes in the penalty box.

Next to his quasi toe-drag goal on Buffalo Sabres goaltender Ryan Miller, this is most definitely one of Thorburn’s greatest achievements in a Jets’ jersey.
