For the fourth straight game, Dustin Byfuglien will be held out of Winnipeg's line up with a lower-body injury.
Byfuglien's injury has now evolved from day-to-day to week-to-week, a situation which still does not bode well for the Jets who are without one of their star players.
It was also reported by members of the media that today's skate was Byfuglien's first back on the ice since originally suffering the injury, so it's clear the ailment is more serious than previously suggested and the Jets are taking all the proper precautions as not to re-aggravate it.
It's also of note that Big Buff skated with the team' strength and conditioning coach, Lee Stubbs, prior to practice, which at least points to his impending return, baring any further set-backs.
The good news is Zach Bogosian seems to be making inroads to recovery as detailed by Peacock, but a return date still isn't on the horizon.
