A late Andrew Ladd goal wasn't enough to spark the Winnipeg Jets' offense which once again was thwarted by a Pennsylvania-based team.

Tonight, the Winnipeg Jets lost again, this time at the hands of the Pittsburgh Penguins by a final of 3-1. Pens fourth-liner Craig Adams had struck for two goals, essentially enough to singlehandedly defeat the Jets (though one was an empty-netter).
