Couturier had made the trip west with the club, but is now being sent home after suffering from flu-like symptoms the past few days.
Zolnierczyk appeared in thirty-seven contests for the Flyers last year in which he registered three goals, three assists and thirty-five penalty minutes. In forty-six games with the Phantoms this season, Zolnierczyk has scored nine times and added another eight assists, good for seventeen points on the campaign.
