Well, it's not a suspension so the Jets will have to be happy, and the Capitals will no doubt be infuriated. It definitely wasn't a clean hit, but there have been a lot of similar hits that have gone unpunished this year. There have also been similar hits that have received suspensions. The lack of an evident injury at the time as well as Stu's clean history likely contributed to the lack of suspension. This will count as an offense in any future trouble Stu gets into.
