As reported by both PHT and Elliotte Friedman on HNIC, Blake Wheeler was taken to the hospital after being struck in the throat by a puck this afternoon vs. the Devils. All test results have come back negative and he was released from the hospital this evening. The prognosis is that Wheeler will make a full recovery.
